These Terms govern your use of Tasty Mangoes and work together with our Privacy Policy.
They include SMS terms for Twilio/carrier review, rules for user-initiated invites and recommendations, and protections against scraping, bots, data mining, and unauthorized AI training.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Tasty Mangoes, including our website, mobile applications, browser extensions, software, recommendation tools, communication features, content, data, and related services.
By accessing or using Tasty Mangoes, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tasty Mangoes.
Tasty Mangoes helps users discover, organize, remember, rate, review, and share movies, shows, recommendations, lists, and related entertainment information.
The service may include movie lists, personal watchlists, friend recommendations, ratings, reviews, voice features, AI-powered search, streaming-availability information, browser extensions, contribution tools, notifications, SMS communications, and other features.
Some features may be experimental, in beta, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tasty Mangoes.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Tasty Mangoes only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Tasty Mangoes if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access.
You may need to create an account to use certain features.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for Tasty Mangoes or other users, misuse the service, or interfere with the operation of Tasty Mangoes.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.
By using Tasty Mangoes, you agree that we may collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Tasty Mangoes may offer SMS and MMS text messaging features.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Tasty Mangoes, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Tasty Mangoes.
These messages may include account-related notices, verification codes, invitations, movie recommendations, shared-list notifications, reminder messages, product updates, and other messages related to your Tasty Mangoes account or activity.
Message frequency varies based on your account settings, activity, and interactions with other users. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of Tasty Mangoes text messages at any time by replying STOP to any Tasty Mangoes text message. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. We will not send further SMS/MMS messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Tasty Mangoes may use third-party service providers, including Twilio, to send and manage text messages. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Tasty Mangoes may allow users to send invitations, movie recommendations, shared lists, reminders, or similar messages to other people by entering a phone number or other contact information.
You may use these features only to contact people you personally know, who would reasonably expect to receive a message from you, and only for genuine personal, non-commercial Tasty Mangoes-related purposes.
You may not use Tasty Mangoes invite, recommendation, sharing, or messaging features to send spam, unsolicited marketing, promotional messages, bulk messages, political messages, fundraising messages, deceptive messages, harassing messages, or messages to people who have not given you permission to contact them or who would not reasonably expect to hear from you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any phone number or contact information you provide.
You must not enter phone numbers or contact information obtained from purchased lists, scraped sources, public directories, data brokers, automated tools, or other improper sources.
Tasty Mangoes may limit, throttle, block, review, disable, or monitor invite, recommendation, sharing, or messaging features at any time to prevent abuse, protect recipients, comply with carrier requirements, comply with law, or protect the service.
Recipients may opt out of Tasty Mangoes text messages by replying STOP. We may maintain suppression records to honor opt-out requests.
Tasty Mangoes may allow you to create, submit, upload, record, post, transmit, share, or store content, including ratings, reviews, comments, voice reviews, transcripts, recommendations, movie lists, watchlists, profile information, messages, and other materials.
This is called “User Content.”
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Tasty Mangoes, you grant Tasty Mangoes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, protect, personalize, and promote the service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and grant this license.
You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, invasive of privacy, misleading, infringing, obscene, threatening, spam, malware, or otherwise objectionable.
We may remove, edit, restrict, refuse to display, or delete User Content at any time, but we are not required to monitor all User Content.
Tasty Mangoes may include voice search, voice commands, voice reviews, voice notes, transcripts, and related AI-powered features.
Voice input may be processed to convert speech to text. Tasty Mangoes may retain transcripts and related metadata to operate, debug, personalize, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you choose to create a voice review, voice note, or other shareable voice content, that content may be stored and made available according to your account settings and sharing choices.
You are responsible for the content of any voice input or voice review you submit.
Tasty Mangoes may provide recommendations, scores, summaries, categories, rankings, taste profiles, AI-generated responses, semantic search results, and other personalized outputs.
These outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
They may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, unavailable, or not suitable for your preferences.
Tasty Mangoes does not guarantee that any recommendation, score, summary, search result, category, ranking, or AI-generated output will be accurate, enjoyable, appropriate, available, complete, or error-free.
Tasty Mangoes may display information about movies, shows, actors, directors, genres, release dates, ratings, reviews, trailers, streaming availability, subscription availability, rental or purchase options, theatrical showings, library availability, editorial references, publication lists, and related third-party information.
This information may come from third-party sources, user contributions, service-provider pages, licensed data, publicly available information, or other sources.
Availability, pricing, subscription requirements, add-on channel requirements, library availability, rental terms, purchase terms, theatrical showtimes, and third-party links may change at any time.
Tasty Mangoes does not guarantee that any availability, pricing, metadata, rating, recommendation, score, link, trailer, showtime, or third-party information is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.
You should confirm details directly with the applicable streaming service, theater, library, publication, platform, or provider before making viewing, subscription, rental, purchase, or travel decisions.
Tasty Mangoes may link to or integrate with third-party services, websites, apps, platforms, streaming services, theaters, libraries, publications, payment processors, communication providers, AI providers, speech-to-text providers, analytics providers, app stores, and other service providers.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, policies, terms, privacy practices, or performance.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Tasty Mangoes and its software, design, interface, logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, workflows, data compilations, recommendation systems, scoring systems, algorithms, databases, text, audio, visual elements, and other service content are owned by Tasty Mangoes or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, database, contract, and other laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, harvest, frame, mirror, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of Tasty Mangoes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Subject to these Terms, Tasty Mangoes grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and recommendation purposes.
This license does not allow you to use Tasty Mangoes for commercial data collection, competitive analysis, scraping, AI training, resale, republication, or operation of a competing product or service.
We may revoke this license at any time if you violate these Terms.
You agree that you will not, and will not assist, encourage, or enable anyone else to:
You may not access, acquire, copy, monitor, scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, mine, extract, download, index, aggregate, cache, store, reproduce, or systematically retrieve any part of Tasty Mangoes, whether by automated means, manual means, or a combination of both.
This prohibition applies to all Tasty Mangoes content and data, including movie lists, user lists, ratings, reviews, recommendations, availability information, metadata, taste profiles, contribution data, popularity signals, interface elements, screenshots, transcripts, voice content, search results, API responses, HTML, JavaScript, images, design elements, and data compilations.
You may not use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, browser automation, extensions, bots, agents, data-mining tools, screen-scraping tools, headless browsers, automated queries, unauthorized APIs, or similar methods to access or extract Tasty Mangoes content or data.
You may not use Tasty Mangoes content or data to train, develop, improve, test, evaluate, benchmark, fine-tune, validate, or operate any artificial intelligence model, machine-learning model, large language model, recommendation system, classifier, search engine, crawler, agent, or similar software system.
You may not create or compile, directly or indirectly, any collection, database, directory, index, dataset, model, profile, derivative product, or competing product from Tasty Mangoes content or data without our prior written permission.
You may not bypass, avoid, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any access controls, technical protections, rate limits, authentication requirements, usage limits, bot detection, IP blocks, CAPTCHAs, robots.txt restrictions, headers, security features, or other measures used by Tasty Mangoes to protect the service.
If we block or restrict your access, including by account suspension, IP block, device restriction, token revocation, or other means, you may not attempt to evade that restriction through proxies, VPNs, rotating IP addresses, new accounts, automation, credential sharing, or other methods.
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, preserve logs and technical evidence, block or throttle access, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API or service access, remove content, notify affected users, report activity to law enforcement, and take legal action.
Technical evidence may include IP addresses, device signals, user-agent strings, request patterns, timestamps, account identifiers, session identifiers, headers, and related log data.
You agree that unauthorized scraping, automated access, data extraction, AI training, database creation, or circumvention may cause irreparable harm to Tasty Mangoes for which monetary damages may be insufficient.
Tasty Mangoes may seek injunctive or equitable relief, damages, restitution, disgorgement, attorneys’ fees, expert fees, investigation costs, infrastructure costs, and other remedies available under law or equity.
You agree to reimburse Tasty Mangoes for losses, costs, expenses, and damages arising from your violation of Sections 15 through 18.
Tasty Mangoes may offer optional contribution tools, including browser extensions or app features that help improve streaming-availability information, movie metadata, recommendations, and other service features.
If you use contribution features, you agree to use them only as intended and only in ways that comply with applicable law and third-party terms.
Tasty Mangoes may use contribution data to improve availability information, metadata, accuracy, recommendations, and the user experience.
You may not use contribution tools to collect unrelated browsing activity, personal messages, payment information, passwords, form inputs, or other sensitive information.
If you download Tasty Mangoes through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, or another app marketplace, your use may also be governed by that platform’s terms.
The app store provider is not responsible for Tasty Mangoes, our content, support, claims, or operation, except as required by applicable platform rules.
Tasty Mangoes may offer paid features, subscriptions, upgrades, or premium services.
If paid features are offered, pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refunds, and other payment details will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app stores. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by applicable app store rules.
Tasty Mangoes may release beta, pilot, preview, experimental, early-access, or testing features.
These features may be incomplete, unreliable, unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time.
We may use feedback and usage information from beta features to improve the service.
If you provide suggestions, comments, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Tasty Mangoes a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
If you believe content on Tasty Mangoes infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to legal@tastymangoes.com with:
We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.
You may stop using Tasty Mangoes at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Tasty Mangoes at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, harmed other users, abused the service, interfered with Tasty Mangoes, or used Tasty Mangoes in a way that could expose us or others to liability.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, prohibited uses, anti-scraping, anti-AI-training, enforcement, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous provisions.
Tasty Mangoes is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasty Mangoes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that Tasty Mangoes will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, current, complete, or free of harmful components.
You use Tasty Mangoes at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasty Mangoes and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device damage, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasty Mangoes’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Tasty Mangoes in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tasty Mangoes and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of Tasty Mangoes at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, restriction, loss of access, or loss of data, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting the updated Terms, sending email, providing in-app notice, or using other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Tasty Mangoes after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@tastymangoes.com and try to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Tasty Mangoes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless another dispute-resolution process is added in a future version of these Terms.
You and Tasty Mangoes waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You should consult an attorney before adding binding arbitration, a class-action waiver, or more detailed dispute-resolution terms.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Tasty Mangoes regarding the service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Tasty Mangoes may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
